Light yellow colour, sometimes tinged with green. The fragrance is vinous and delicate. In the mouth dry, medium bodied and harmonious, slightly bitter.
At controlled temperature, immediate pressing. Matured in steel barrels.
It matches perfectly with the vegetable soup, great with 'bigoli al torchio'. Both raw and gratinated oysters are delicious, but also with shrimps, sole and salmon.
Mechanically harvested grapes in early September.
